Mr Neoh is an experienced international business leader with over 30 years track record in consulting business, management, organizational transformation and venture investments in Asia Pacific region.

He founded Catalyst Asia and he is the Chairman & CEO of Catalyst Asia, headquartered in Singapore. He is also currently serving as a Board Director and a Board Advisor to numerous companies in the Asia Pacific region.

A former CEO of Asia Pacific region and Global Executive of Atos Origin (listed in Paris), a global business consulting & IT services firm with about 76,000 employees worldwide.

Previously, he led the IBM Consulting Group (ASEAN) and held senior position at CSC Index/Consulting (Australia) & started his career with Accenture (Australia).

He has advised clients from diverse industries - manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, media, automotive, pharmaceutical, finance, banking and government. His views have been featured in print and on CNBC and Channel News Asia.

He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and an MBA from the Macquarie University (Australia). He is also a member of the Venture Capital & Private Equity Association.

He is an Australian citizen and currently residing in Singapore.
